During the operation of industrial tablets and industrial displays in the field, customers often encounter common problems such as the human-machine interface not starting up, no response upon startup, water ripples on the display, and ghosting on the display. Regarding these issues, our technicians conduct the following maintenance checks:

1. Human-machine interface does not start up, no response:
   (1) Check if there is voltage output from the power supply and if the power indicator light is on (check if the power cord and power supply have voltage output. If there is no voltage output, please replace the adapter power cord).
   (2) Check if the power indicator light on the motherboard is on (if the machine does not start or the system cannot start, please first check if the panel power indicator light is working).
   (3) Disconnect all connections and check for short circuits.
   (4) Check if the COMS battery on the motherboard is installed correctly or has no power.
   (5) Short-circuit the BIOS jumper to restore the BIOS initial settings.
   (6) Check the switch or cables.
2. Water ripples on the display, ghosting on the display:
   (1) Check the adapter power supply and replace it with a smaller ampere adapter power supply (replace the adapter power supply with a smaller ampere one).
   (2) Check the data line and VGA signal line (replace and check your VGA signal line, and the signal source).
   (3) Check the screen voltage.
   (4) Check the grounding of the screen cable.
