From collaborative robots in Industry 4.0 to drones for fire fighting or agriculture, and to biometric facial recognition and handheld medical devices at home care points. A key driving factor for the emergence of these new applications is the development of embedded industrial control computers. The embedded industrial control computer can control and process data without an external computer. It is widely used in industrial quality control in the form commonly known as “smart cameras”.

The wall-mounted small industrial control computer we recommend to you this time has a compact appearance. Its body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy shell, which is shockproof and anti-interference, and can adapt to various installation environments. The width of the body is 249mm, the depth is 154.5mm, and the height is 57.6mm. The whole machine weighs approximately 1.9KG, is lightweight and convenient, supports wall mounting, and does not take up much space.

The motherboard adopts the Intel®H110 chipset and supports Intel Core 6, 7, and 8th generation i3/i5/i7 processors. It has one built-in USB2.0 port, allowing for the installation of various dongles. The maximum memory support is 16GB. In terms of hard drives, there is one SATA3.0 port and one mSATA port. Optional solid-state drives of 32G/64G/128G/256G, or mechanical hard drives of 500G/1T/2T are available.

This wall-mounted small industrial control computer has 4 Intel Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2 serial ports, 4 USB3.0 interfaces on the front panel, supports USB cameras, supports VGA+HDMI dual display, 1 8-in and 8-out DI/O port, 1 power switch, 1 12V to 24V DC input terminal, dual DC power supply for more stable power supply, and 1 switch extension terminal. There is one SIM card slot, five antenna half-holes and one COM1 mode selection switch on the side panel.

This wall-mounted small industrial control computer has strong compatibility and can support multiple operating systems such as the commonly used Windows10 and Linux. If you need a specific version number or other systems, you can contact our customer service for more details.

This wall-mounted small industrial control computer supports two communication methods: 5G/4G/3G and WiFi. It is widely used in fields that require 5G edge computing, such as video surveillance systems, intelligent parking systems, facial recognition systems, and smart street lamp systems.
